How to start pendulum roller grinding mill:
Start pendulum roller grinding mill according to following
(1) Start elevator.
(2) Start crusher. Materials can be lifted to be crush after the
complete start so that there are enough raw materials in hopper.
(3) Start classifier and set the rotation speed in accordance to
the required fineness.
(4) Start blower, and open the valve of air-in pipe after complete
(5) Start the main unit. In order to avoid excessive abrasion of grinding roller and
ring and vibration of the mill, and idle running time of the main
unit should not last too long and should be less than two minutes.
In order not to overload the main unit, it is not allowed to put
too much raw material in it when start.

How to stop pendulum roller grinding mill:
① Stop the crusher, and then stop the crusher until there are no
raw materials in the crusher.
② Stop the elevator until there are no raw materials in it.
③ Stop the feeder.
④ Do not stop main grinding mill immediately. Stop it in one minute
after the grinding is finished . Make sure there is no material
left when stop the mill, which will shorten the next start time and
extend its service life.The fan should be turned off in 30 seconds
after the mill stops. And put the air-in pipe valve to the STOP.
⑤ Stop the pulse classifier.
⑥ Stop the discharge valve
Working Principle of Pendulum Roller Grinding Mill:
The crushed raw materail with a size of less than 20mm will be
conveyed to the hopper by elevator. And then the raw material will
go into the grinding house with the help of belt conceyor at a
fixed rate. The rollers hung upon the spider-arm are running around
the shaft. With the help of the centrifugal force, the four or five
rotational rollers will go around the ring tightly. The raw
material is lifted up between the rollers and rings by the blade,
and then to be ground into powder.
The powder is blown up to the classifier, through which the powder
is classified. Coarse particles fall back down to the mill for
regrinding. The needed particles will go into the collector,where
products will be collected through the discharge opening. The
purified air goes into the fan through the pipe above the cyclone
collector. Air stream in all pipelines is negative pressure except
for that in the fan and grinding chamber. Air volume in the whole
system increases because of the gas from the moisture in the raw
material and the air from the flange conjunctions and feeding-in
opening. The extra air volume goes into the pulse jet powder
collector. The ultrafine powder in the air stream can be collected
through the discharging valve.
